- Accumulator
- A single bet that combines multiple selections; all selections must win for the bet to pay out, multiplying the odds.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap that gives one team a virtual head start or deficit to make the match more even for betting.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you have set aside for betting.
- Bookmaker Margin
- The built‑in profit margin for the bookmaker, factored into the odds so they always have an edge.
- Both Teams To Score
- A bet on whether both teams will score at least one goal during the match.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or minimizing a loss.
- Closing Line
- The final odds offered just before a market closes; good closing lines indicate sharp odds.
- Correct Score
- A bet that predicts the exact final score of the match.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (win, draw, or loss) in a match, increasing your chances of winning.
- Edge
- The statistical advantage a bettor believes they have over the bookmaker’s odds.
- First Goal Scorer
- A bet on which player will score the first goal of the match.
- Goal Line
- The total number of goals a bookmaker expects in a match; you bet on whether there will be more or fewer goals.
- Half-Time/Full-Time
- A bet that combines the result at half‑time and the result at full‑time, such as predicting a team leads at half and wins at the end.
- In-Play
- Another term for live betting; refers to wagering while the match is ongoing.
- Juice
- The commission or fee that a bookmaker charges on a bet, often reflected in the odds.
- Live Betting
- Bets placed after the match has started, with odds that update as the game progresses.
- Parlay
- Similar to an accumulator, a parlay links several bets together and requires every leg to win to get a return.
- Reverse Line Movement
- When the odds move opposite to where most public bets are placed, often a sign of sharp money.
- Single Bet
